Thank you so much for great, honest, and reliable service. I was told by the dealership that I needed many costly repairs. I decieded to take my vehicle to T.A.S. Mike and his staff were outstanding. They explained to me that I didn't need the repairs that the dealersip said I did. T.A.S. repaired my vehicle at a MUCH lower price and my vehicle has run great ever since. Hello, I bought a used Mercedes Benz. I took it in for a simple service, and Aaron, (my new go-to mechanic) took me under my car with a flash-light, showed me everything I ever wanted to know about my car & then some, for better or worse. He didn't talk down to me like I was a child, as most mechanics do. Plus, when the day came that I needed something MAJOR done, they treated me right, and did everything in their power to get me back on the road, with NO problems. Finally, an honest, trustworthy mechanic!! Now I will ONLY take my car to Aaron @ Thunderbird Auto.

In this day and age it is hard to find an automotive shop that you can trust. Thunderbird Automotive is not only trustworthy, they put the client first and do not try to sell unnessary repairs. I highly recommend Thunderbird Automotive to anyone that wants their car repaired correctly and quickly.

About 4 years ago I was referred to Thunderbird Automotive by a friend who'd had major car troubles. He'd found them on the web and looked at ratings. He gave them a shot (after having taken the car to several mechanics for quotes) because of what he'd read online and because they had the best plan of action for his car. He was so happy that he started telling all of his friends, including me, about this shop. The next time I needed help, I gave them a call. There service is exceptional, there prices are competitive, and every time I go to see them the experience is very good overall. One thing I've noticed is that they won't b.s. you. They tell you straight up when they can't give you the best price because quality shouldn't be compromised. But often they are the best price. I would recommend them to anyone!

I highly recommend Thunderbird Auto. I brought my vehicle to them with a printed repair estimate from another shop for a second opinion. Mike was thorough in explaining each point of the estimate, showing me the related areas in my engine and underneath the car with a flashlight. He identified and helped me understand which repairs were needed and which were not. I saved literally HUNDREDS of dollars that afternoon and my '84 Volvo runs like a champ. I could not be more pleased with the service.
