Integrity & customer service with a smile!

As I pulled out of my garage this morning I found a large screw in one of my tires. Luckily I have a cigarette lighter powered air pump that was able to pump the tire up, however air was spewing out quickly. As I drove past the "other guys" I hoped that my tire would hold until I got to American Tire. The reason I took the chance is because I have (on various occasions) visited Just Tires & Firestone and had dismal experiences at best. Every American Tire I have been to has employed caring & considerate employees. I have always been given honest feedback and options to solve my tire problems. Whether the options be replacement or actually fixing the tires. Where as the other guys have tired int he past to sell me new tires I dont need, American Tire pulled the screw out of my tire for free. As I waited, I was witness to a nice young lady and mother combo looking for replacement tires on her BMW (must be nice). The gentlemen asked her several questions, many of which I hadnt even considered. For example, If the car was leased? American Tire would suggest certain tires so that BMW doesnt try to gouge her when she returns the lease car.. Once the ownership questions were answered, he gave her multiple options of run flat tires as well as standard tires. He explained the benefits and downfalls of each as well as an explanation of available American Tires road hazards/replacement program. After the mother & daughter team's additional questions were addressed, they decided on the standard tires in order to save money. The gentlemen complimented their choice and completed the paperwork with a smile all while continually engaging in light conversation. Before I had time to catch up on my facebook updates my tire was patched and I was on my way to work. Thank you American Tire for helping make my "ooh no!" moment into a good morning after all.

These people are great and do not take advantage of their customers. They are there to make customers happy. They are honest and go above and beyond to do their jobs good and keep customers loyal. Thimbs up all the way.

They are knowledable and very friendly. Recently I found myself with rims that no longer had tires for them. I was almost in tears. They made some calls and for the money I had left found me rims and tires. It had been two years since I had been there. Talk about exceptional outstanding service. Highly recommend, you just cannot go wrong here.

I take all the family cars here. They have great customer service, good tire selection, and keep records so you always can check back on warranties, or tire rotation.
